Citrus Styled Shoot
Hello, friends! We’re so excited to be headed into fall… peak wedding season is in full swing over here, so we’re hustlin’ as always (ha!).
As the cooler weather sets in, we thought, what better time to look back on the summer months and reminisce on our most recent styled shoot and open house!
We knew this would be our third styled shoot, so going into it, we wanted it to stand apart from the rest. After scouring Pinterest and dreaming up all things inspo for days, we finally settled on a citrus color palette!
Call us crazy, but one thing we love is staging the venue in ways that others may not think of! If you ask us, the citrus colors paired beautifully with the all-white aesthetic throughout the venue but still felt light and bright for summer.
The Birdsong Chapel was one of our favorite spaces to decorate for this shoot. It was such a perfect mix of pops of color from the flowers, along with the greenery throughout. And can we talk about the plethora of candles down the aisle?! Absolutely stunning! Stepping into the chapel that day felt like something straight out of a fairytale.
And we can’t forget about the Carriage Hall! One of the things we changed up for this shoot was bringing a few of our large farmhouse tables outside to the patio area. Of course, the citrus-themed flowers were the eye-catching element, and the slices of fruit paired with them were a fun twist!
Inside the reception space, we featured many white bud vases with pretty blooms. Those, coupled with the greenery on the farmhouse tables, made for a beautiful yet simplistic look.
We spent most of the day with our photographer and videographer teams getting in allll of the content! It was truly magical, and we had so much fun capturing each detail.
Later that evening, guests began to arrive for our vendor showcase and open house! It was a fantastic turnout, and we were able to meet so many sweet couples and their families.
The open house was also the first time we featured our very own Cornealius Properties wine! Guests were able to sample it throughout the night, and we now offer it as an option to all of our couples for their wedding day.
As always, we can’t say enough about how incredible our entire vendor team is. They are not only fantastic at what they do, but they are amazing people to know and work with on a personal level. Much love to all of you!
