Anna Page Craft

Two of the nicest families came from Duplin County to be married at the Cornealius Properties Lewis Atkinson. They decided to have their rehearsal dinner and their wedding at that property. They, along with many of their guests, spent the entire weekend with us!

The rehearsal dinner was hosted at the Lewis Atkinson home under the pavilion. It was inspired by Max’s love for hunting while keeping Anna’s design for the entire weekend in mind. Mrs.Dawn wanted flowers, but she wanted pops of more rustic things while still incorporating some color, deer antlers, and feathers! She wanted it to feel more masculine but for Anna to still love it! (Anna would also use feathers the next day!) Their rehearsal dinner could not have turned out more beautiful. Every detail was thought out, down to the cigar bar in the basement! She was a wonderfully kind mother in law to work for! She made our team a cake which we all enjoyed!

All of the guys stayed the night at Braswell Road and The Grooms Room while all of the girls spent the night at the Lewis Atkinson home. The next morning the girls began getting ready with hair and make up artists while the guys had an “on property” excursion planned through Kenneth Freeman.

All the men lined up in a big open field to throw and shoot skeet at “The Catfish Clubhouse” a very cool place to hangout. The men seemed to really enjoy having an activity that morning for a few hours. Men of all ages hung out and Max’s dad brought some beverages for later that day as prizes and some golf clubs and balls to have another game for after the skeet shooting!

Anna had a wonderful first look with her father. I especially loved seeing the girls and Anna’s mother watching out the window of the home.

It was time for Anna and Max to have a first look! Max cried real tears seeing his absolutely beautiful, stunning bride for the first time! I LOVED that they did a first look!

Behind the scenes while Anna and her dad and then Anna and Max were doing their first look, my dad had gotten his granddad‘s old model a Ford to the wedding venue for the bride to arrive on the front lawn in and for Max and Anna to exit from the ceremony in. The family never knew that the battery was messing up and my dad and CJ quickly snatched it out, grabbed one off of a tractor and threw the new one on all in time to get the Bride to the end of the aisle in the car as her ceremony entrance statement. Dads hands were bleeding and I was like “what is going on”?! I had missed most of the car drama while getting behind the scenes videos of Anna! Thankfully, dad got it going quickly and the bride never even knew!

The ceremony was absolutely perfect. Max‘s dad was actually the one to marry them! He spoke beautifully and proudly about Anna marrying his son!

Their reception was quit the celebration with a wonderful band! Everyone enjoyed themselves and danced the night away!

Their entire celebratory weekend was absolutely phenomenal, so much love was shown by both families for this couple! I cannot think of one thing they did not think to do for Max and Anna.

May God continue to bless you, Max and Anna Craft! When the day comes, please bring your children back to visit The Cornealius Properties.

With love, The Cornealius Family
